Maximize Coverage, Minimize Facilities

Can I use the "Maximize Coverage, Minimize Facilities" to find out in which stores I should place backup generators with the minimal cost? I have calculated the capacity of every store (how many customers they can serve). People should be able to visit the store every 4 days. Every backup generator is very expensive so I want to minimize the cost.

I don't quite understand the values in "Maximize Coverage, Minimize Facilities" results. The Demand Weight is way above the capacity of the store.

If I am not using the correct tool, which one should I use?

You should use Maximize Capacitated Coverage. This will look at the capacity.  The option you used to Maximize Coverage and Minimize Facilities is about maximizing how much demand it can cover in the cutoff distance. It does not look at the capacity settings.
