Error when trying to log in to enterprise account

Hello

I have successfully installed "ArcGIS maps for Adobe creative cloud" extension I tried to login using my organization's portal enterprise account through Adobe Illustrator. After entering username and password I got the the error in the attached image

Is is a portal configuration issue?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please check the version of your ArcGIS Enterprise. If you are on ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9, a patch is required to support Maps for Adobe on that environment. Please follow the Knowledge base article https://support.esri.com/en/Technical-Article/000026405 for more info.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, we are on ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9. I shall work on having the patch installed
