I am using the 3.30 API in an application and I have a problem when creating a graphic that follows mouse movement. When I pan in the map, the graphic will be clipped out when I move past its old view. I have tried removing the GraphicLayer and adding it back. I have tried redrawing the layer. I have tried converting it into a feature layer and refreshing it, but I have had no luck. I can see in the map where the <g> element for the layer has a viewport of where I previously was on the map. Is there anyway to fix this?
