I set up the Nearby Instant App on our map of emergency communication nodes for the public in the event of disaster. When you enter an address it pans and zooms and returns a result, but clicking on the map gives "No results found that meet the search criteria". I don't think I disabled anything so wondering why it doesn't return a result by default?
I unfortunately have no guidance, but I am having the same problem, just reversed. Searching for addresses doesn't work, but clicking on a point on the map works.
Same question do you have a public version of your app you can share so we can test? Are you using custom locators?
Do you have a public version of your app we can test? I get prompted for authentication using the link you shared.
Sorry, I thought it was -- it is Public now.
@PaulCone2 looks like its failing because the active locator is Portland Address Suggestions and it doesn't support the reverse geocode operation that happens when you click the map. So for the active locator for that area the click doesn't return any results. If you switch to All or Centerline the click works.
Aha! That is sort of our own in-house composite locator that is sort of funky. I didn't realize I had it set. I've replaced it with another -- Portland Geocoder -- and it's working correctly now. Thank you again!
