We are using 10.8.1 and everything else is working.  We have not been able to use Insights for awhile and I was hoping that just updating our licenses for insights would fix my issues.  However, when try to look at an old workbook or try and create a new one I get the dreaded and very helpful "Something went wrong".  I'm torn to upgrading to 10.9 but don't really see a reason to do that yet.  I'm one person trying to hold 5 hats and so server is a small part of my job so I don't know nearly as much as I should and worry about bringing the whole portal down.  Any thoughts on what could be the issue.  Again everything else works.

Hi Michael,

I would really recommend contacting tech support. They are best suited to help diagnose quickly.

Here are some ideas to check:

Make sure Insights is on both your portal machine and server machine if they are different.

Is your version of Insights compatible with your version of Enterprise?

https://doc.arcgis.com/en/insights/latest/administer/enterprise-compatibility.htm

Did you recently upgrade Enterprise or Insights?
