How to upgrade the ArcGIS Hub Basic license level to ArcGIS Hub license Premium? I have read that the ArcGIS Hub Enterprise does not have the ability to be upgrade to Premium, but not sure about the ArcGIS Hub Basic requirements to ArcGIS Hub Premium.
What is ArcGIS Hub?
