Don't see new search experience in March 2023 update

There is some new functionality that we'd like to use mentioned in the whats new on arcgis hub search blog (March 2023)

But, we don't see the links in the Content Library view to enable this new experience. Does anyone have any ideas why? Has this update note been made yet? Is this not available for existing public Hub sites?

I figured it out. I was looking for it under the Content Library page, but I had to actually search something in my global search bar and the links show up in the resulting page.
