I can't add any new content in my Hub Premium site's content library. I'm able to input responses for Select Content, Set Details, but when I hit "Next" in Set Sharing Level & Access, nothing happens (not even seeing the spinning wheel of death) and nothing to indicate there's an error/error message.
Hub Premium > Content Library > New > Content: cannot complete setting the sharing level and access.
I tried a few different file types: feature service, then a simple word doc.
This issue is resolved. I tried a few days later and it worked - no error message and I was able to add various content types to my Hub Premium Content Library.
