Hello, professionals.

I have a question with ArcGIS Server 10.5.1 and GeoEvent 10.5.1.

These servers are installed on Linux.

The oracle version is 11g standard.

When the user starts servers, the SQL statements appear repeatedly (Please refer below).

DELETE FROM SMARTGIS.SDE_logfile_data WHERE logfile_data_id NOT ON (SELECT /* + HASH_AJ */ logfile_data_id from SMARTGIS.SDE_logfiles)

I figured the message below appears when the oracle hits the max utilization.

I’ve done…

  • changing the oracle DB to “No archive mode” so that it can control the number of process.
  • restarting Oracle DB and Servers.

I’m wondering…

  • why the SQL statements are occurring
  • if it is an unusual occasion, how can I solve this problem?

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Thank you so much!

Best,

Joora

The problem was solved by stopping all the services on the ArcGIS Server and stopping GeoEvent Server. After starting a service one by one, the SQL statements does not appear.
