Missing value in the output table of Zonal Statistics as table

I have a feature layer containing 113,000 of 1 km buffers and a raster with 30 m pixels, I ran zonal statistics as a table , got results for only 63410 buffers. "ignore no data" option is on, zone field is ObjectID (which is unique). I ran zonal statistics as a table for different rasters (All has 30 m pixels), got the same result (output table only has a result for 63410 buffers) every time. Also, I got the following warning

How can I get results for all buffers?
