I just want to ask, as an idea for future versions, could you consider to change the thumbnail size?
The thumbnail for items is quite small, so if I send a link to an item to someone else - they see this:

This is a great request and something we can look at. Working inside of Microsoft Teams there are some things we are limited to when generating the cards like this, so while we want to do it we may be restricted by the design of Teams components.
Thanks @VHolubec and @Anonymous User I am looking into why the resolution is sometimes inadequate.
