ArcGIS Maps for Teams can only search

My organization recently integrated operations into Microsoft Teams, and I was happy to find an ArcGIS app for Teams. However, my app's bot seems to only be able to perform the search function, and every command is read as a search command. From online documentation, it appears as though there is a lot more that this bot is supposed to do, such as displaying information about the connected AGOL organization. Any help is greatly appreciated.
