I am trying to geocode a list on Sharepoint.

When I reached the step add the ArcGIS Maps locate workflow (step no.3) and click next the page will load for a long time and ask us to: Please log in to access the item on ArcGIS Online (item).
Upon signing in a message (roughly translated from french) pops up: The ArcGIS localisation workflow assistant fails to extract an access_token from the Sharepoint server for the following reason: timeout.
Any idea why this is happening?
