Cant see EsriMap in published power bi

I can see the map  in power bi service after published from power bi desktop.

However when I use a link to access the report I can't see Esri map visual and I get the message: this map doesn't have the requirements for embedded reports.

@PauloPraça    Esri provides a validation check to assist you when you want to "embed" the report in a browser. Please look at the help document linked: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/power-bi/design/embed-report.htm

If you test and the checks are invalid (red) your map will not show, but if valid (green) the it will. Your best bet for success is if you use XY coordinates (Lat,Long fields) to locate points and use one of the four "free" license basemaps. You also have limited reference layers that you can add.

@RudolfdeMunnik I would like to embed the the report, but using a map without latitude and longitude. Just showing some predefined contours of countries with colors to specify the population there. Would it be possible to do it without specifyng coordinates? I don´t have the coordinates I mean
