Restricting offline download of map package in ArcGIS Field Maps using cellular data

While downloading an offline map package in Field Maps mobile app, there exists a feature for end users to enable/disable the use of cellular data from within the Field Maps mobile application on their device (See below screenshot). But no such System/admin control exists for ArcGIS Portal administrators or any configuration in Field Maps web app which can restrict mobile users to download using cellular data for the created offline map packages and allow downloading only using Wi-Fi or vis-à-vis. This would avoid additional opex costs and provide more control to Portal administrators in managing the downloads of their created map packages.

This would be a great feature, could it be added to the Field Maps roadmap.
