Expressions Fields Display Order - Can't be Reorder to the Top of the Pop Up

I made expression to generate links to Survey123 survey with latitude, and longitude. However, my expression fields are not displayed in the same order that I had on Pro and New Web Maps...they are put at the cold bottom after all other attributes.

I need to scroll to the bottom to find my expression made links.

Using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1

The issue is that Field Maps doesn't support the newer pop-up formats that Map Viewer and Pro author. This is something we just started work on and plan to deliver later this year. If you use Map Viewer classic to configure the pop-up, the order should be respected.
