Our enterprise does not allow user's to share content via social media. We would like to disable the social media link options in the Experience Builder "Share" widget, and eventually for the entire organization. I am aware that you can uncheck the social media options within the widget settings, and also disable the social media links on items and groups in portal, but we would like to do this to where the user doesn't have the option to enable it.
Are you using Developer Edition? You might be able to modify the widget with a custom widget, then share the custom widget to your Enterprise Portal.
Are you suggesting that the social media options in the share widget should be hidden? This could be tricky as the user types will be taken into account.
Hi @Shen_Zhang I work with the OP, not sure what you mean by user types needing to be taken into account? Would think this would be an Admin only configuration for a Portal-wide removal/non-display of social media sharing links in ANY interface, starting with the Share widget (most obvious there).
@JTessier Yes, it looks like someone (maybe an admin role) running the organization should be configuring this. It should be set on a higher level so I would consider it more related to an ArcGIS Online feature than an ExB (app) one.
