Issue with collapsed sidebar

Hello.

I am facing an issue with the sidebar in Experience Builder in Enterprise 11.3. Even though I configured it to be collapsed when I preview the app, it's always extended and I don't understand why. 

Is there a setting or something related to this that anybody knows about?

I tried to delete my cache and cookies thinking that it's related, but no luck.

That is odd. Sorry if this sounds rude, but please confirm you are saving before going to Preview mode.

With that said, I have an open support ticket from a long time ago about Experience Builder occasionally not actually saving after pressing save. I have not seen this happen in about a year and I think it only affects older versions of Developer Edition. Can you make other changes and see them reflected in the Preview mode? The only remedy I have found for this condition is a total restart of my computer which of course wipes any changes made since my last successful save.

I tend to save my work very often, sometimes too often for my own sake. Unfortunately, I didn't find a solution to it and deleted the sidebar and added it again. Now it looks like it's working as expected.
