edit widget ignores changed layer symbolization

I've changed (hosted featured) layer symbolization. I use same field but instead of 'DA' and 'NE', new statuses are 'arranged location' and 'determine the location'.

Experience builder editor keeps statuses 'DA' and 'NE' and shows empty circles for symbols.

Symbols should be red and blue circles as shown in map.

Any help?

what does it look like in map viewer?

Does the error persist in the map viewer? If so, does resetting the layer properties fix it? Note that this will reset every layer property that only exists in the map, so take note of what you've changed so you can reapply it after the reset.

I've checked - the layer properties are configured directly from the source layer.

@Sunnny I think you need to update your editing feature templates. This option will be available soon in Map Viewer, but for now you can manage feature template by opening your map in Filed Maps Designer. Configure the map—ArcGIS Field Maps | Documentation

Thanks Alix, that would have been the solution if only I hadn't deleted the form.

Now I don't know how to recreate it. 😟

I've deleted template, not form.

And I've solved problem with deleted template with this solution:
