Upgrade to 10.9.1 now Field Maps Data does not display

Hello,

We just upgraded to 10.9.1.  Data for one of my field map apps is not displaying, but ironically data for other maps does display.  Any ideas?  The map the data is not displaying on is an app we are currently using.

I would like to add that we now cannot add to the domains in the feature layer or related table.  This is in Enterprise when we go to item details, then fields where you can add domains, now we cannot add domains to the existing one. Any ideas?

I saved it in a different map viewer and it now display using Field Maps on the phone.  Although I find this odd because other map data did appear on the phone.
