Portal is disconnected after 5-6 minutes

When we open chrome and login to our local enterprise and just do not touch it for 5-6 minutes we have to login again.

The same problem in Pro, we connect and does not touch it for a few minutes and then when we try to access the content it pop up the login page.

We tried it on the enterprise server itself (to avoid network problem) and it still happening.

It looks like it does not happened when you keep working with the portal but it does happened when you have a single non interactive process (like publishing a large aprx).

I could not find any setting that can cause it in the portal itself.

Is there any windows setting or policy or maybe Antivirus that can cause it?

There should be somewhere you can set the default token expiration. Perhaps yours is set to expire very quickly?
