Hello,

Following my question about webgisdr OS agnostic (https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-enterprise-questions/will-webgisdr-backup-someday-be-os-agnosti...) which did not bring much attention, I am looking for a workflow to migrate an existing ArcGIS Enteprise WIndows based to Linux.

Is it doable ?

Thanks !

Nicolas

There is no out of the box way to migrate from Windows to Linux. If you have the original MXD's or SD files, you can loop through them with Python and the arcpy module to republish them. You can also loop through your arcgisinput folder to find the MXD's to republish. You'll need to republish manually or via scripting.

I've never heard of this being achieved, but "theoretically" you could consider the use of:

I have very limited experience of using Linux, so this is a guess but may be worth considering?
