I just deployed ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 on a client server machine. The ArcGIS Pro on the server machine was able to open but as soon as i tried using another computer machine that is on the same network with the server machine it is giving this error code: ArcGIS Pro failed to connect to the license manager. I have opened the TCP port 27000-27009 for license manager yet I'm getting this error. But as I turned off the server machine firewall, I was able to open ArcGIS on another computer machine.

Hi @Damilare_Akinremi,

It is reassuring that connection to license manager works once you turn off the firewall. What you might be missing is locking the vendor daemon port and opening this in your firewall. This Esri article explains the process in more detail

There seems to be some other port required by ArcGIS pro which is blocked on the Server Machine Firewall, you might need help from IT Network Team to scan the port pinged by ArcGIS Pro and unblock that specific port on the Server Machine Firewall.
