Hi,

we created a custom printing service and would like to allow the users to add a short description to the layout, which is placed in a defined box. The text should not only be a long single line. Instead, the text should break automatically. Is there any possibility to combine the needs of the printing service rules with this requirement?

ArcGIS Pro introduced the fitting strategy in 3.3. Therefore you need to author your layout template in ArcGIS Pro 3.3. And to take advantage of this with print service, you need to publish/use your template with a print service off a 11.3 enterprise/server

Please let me know if you have any question.

Thanks
