I have published a subtype group layer to our enterprise portal. The layer has multiple related tables but it doesn't seem to come up as an option to include the related records to the pop up configuration for the subtype layers in the group. When the same layer is brought into the map not as a subtype group layer, the option to include the related records in the pop-up is available.
Is this a known limitation of subtype group layers? We are in the process of migrating to Utility Network and have been advised to use subtype group layers.
I've included some attachments on what shows up as options in pop-up configuration for the sub type group layer and just as a plain ol' feature layer.
We are on Enterprise 11.4 and doing our pop-up and map configuring in the "new" map viewer.
I did see this post about related records and versions of enterprise where this became available in the new map viewer but I suspect there is something with it being a subtype group layer that's causing an issue.

Hello @maiam ,
Thank you for your question. We added support for viewing related records in subtype group layers in our last release of MapViewer. That means it will be available in 11.5 Enterprise. The post you are referring to was in regards to supporting related records for feature layers and map image layers. Subtype group layer support was just added. At 11.5 you will be able to see the option to view related records in the popup for the sublayers of the subtype group layer, as you described you could do for the feature layer case.
Fortunately, 11.5 is also a recommended Enterprise release for utility networks, as we have been working on numerous features to further enhance our current support of utility networks on the web.
Thanks!
Jose

Thank you for the follow up. I was hoping this would be the case and we would be able to keep the subtype group layer structure. We look forward to this enhancement in 11.5.
