We have several procedures that we want to run automatically every day and not think about changing the password, while other users have to change the password every 90 days.

I scanned the documentation about the scenario you mentioned but couldn't find a password setting that would provide the functionality you mentioned. However, I don't think it is possible to manage passwords for Built-in accounts in the way you mentioned. If you want independent password management in this way, you can provide this functionality by configuring the Portal with identity stores such as Active Directory or LDAP rather than using the Portal's Build-in accounts.
