Updated Service not seen in WebMap

I have a service that I created and added to a web map.  I added it via ADD FROM WEB (giving it the URL of the Service)
I then added a couple Feature Classes to the service and republished it. 

I can see the new layers in the service but the Web Map does not update.  Is there a way to refresh the Web Map or do I have to remove and add the service?

I went in through ArcGIS Online Assistant and manually add them to the web map JSON... no way should this be the workflow for something like this... highly frustrating
