Rename the Portal machine name

I'm having a problem when trying to publish data to my ArcGIS server. When the existing groups should appear, nothing appears and the error attch1.

I verified that the URL used in this PORTAL.GISAGRI.COM link works but it gives an unauthorized error.

However, if I take this URL and enter it in the browser, it searches for all items correctly.

The machine name is aws801.inflor.local. Could it be that it's different and that it caused this problem?

Can I rename the portal in some way that doesn't lose my users and published data?

are you checked the federation status between you server and the portal? is it ok?
