As portal admin, I am able to search and find new employees through our active directory for single sign-on but portal will not recognize the employee in the next step for addition. I can search and add older employees to the portal. I tried logging into portal admin and refreshing the directory, but the newer employees still cannot be added. Is something happening, or not happening that doesn't allow new active directory logins to be moved where portal will see the credentials? Maybe some permissions got messed up?

Make sure with your IT Admin that user `rdonovan` has an email address in the Active Directory,
sometimes admins create users without email.
