Hey y'all,
If this has been answered before I would be much obliged if somebody would send me the link, as I have been unable to find it.
Anywho, I'm encountering an issue regarding the popup window for coordinates in drone2map. That is, when I open the window to change the desired image/output coordinate systems, I am met with a tiny, non-resizable window that does not suitably display the proper functions.
This is a recurring issue that will go away, though I have been unable to recreate the instances that produce or remedy it.
I have tried 3 different displays now, multiple resolutions, and multiple Windows scales, but the popup does not change in size, leading me to believe this is an issue with Drone2Map, but I am uncertain. Interestingly, the popup was a functioning size earlier this day when I processed another project, but now it refuses to cooperate.
See below for the image of what I am referring to. I don't know why this popup wouldn't be scalable in the first place, but that's beyond me. Hopefully this is an easy fix on my side and not some sort of bug.
Thanks in advance.

For those looking, just change windows scale and then restart Drone2Map. I'm on a 2560x1600 display and it defaults to 150%. Dropping to 100% and restarting Drone2Map fixed it. I pulled an egghead move and didn't think to restart the program after changing the scale initially.
Hi @JoshBerna,
I have yet to see the coordinate system window appear as you have shown. My guess is something might be wrong with the installation. You mentioned trying different monitors, but have you tried to reinstall Drone2Map?
Especially if this is occurring regardless of dataset or project then I would start there. If you continue to see the issue then please reach out to technical support and they can help provide some more advanced troubleshooting. https://support.esri.com/en-us/contact
Regards,
Mark
I will reinstall Drone2Map and let you know if that fixes it. I recently swapped computers and am on a relatively recent installation, but you never know right. I can say that I experienced this on another computer running 2023.2, while this one 2024.1.1, so I don't think this is newly introduced or anything.
It looked like somebody had a similar issue in pro with the "custom sort" window, but it was never resolved. (See: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-questions/custom-sort-window-in-attribute-table-very-small/...).
Anywho, I appreciate the response @MarkBarker1. I'm off to try a fresh install.
Hey @MarkBarker1,
Wanted to update you that I did a clean install following this guide: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/how-to-perform-a-clean-uninstall-and-reinstall-of-arcg..., and the issue remains. I will be contacting support now. Thank you for your efforts in solving this.
