Hello,
My regional planning agency recently licensed the Drone2Map Advanced application. The download instructions (seen here https://doc.arcgis.com/en/drone2map/latest/get-started/install-and-authorize-named-user-licenses.htm) tell me to go to my.esri.com, go to Downloads, and I should be able to find and download Drone2Map.
On ArcGIS Online, under Licenses, I have toggle switched 'on' the Drone2Map license for myself (the user of this software), but do not see this application available for download on my.esri.com.
Any work arounds or ideas on why this isn't appearing for me would be helpful.
Thanks,
Sarah
Hi @SarahReny,
For issues with not seeing the software download files on My Esri I would reach out to whomever your account manager or customer service representative is on the Esri side. This should be displayed when you first log into My Esri on your organization page.
If you are not the admin of the My Esri org account you may not have permissions to see the downloads. If that is the case then you should be able to send a request for these permissions to your current My Esri account admin.
If you do need to reach out to customer service I believe they just need your account number and for you to be an authorized caller. https://www.esri.com/en-us/contact#c=us&t=3
Regards,
Mark
