I've been importing different kind of model files to multipatch layers in ArcGIS Pro. The majority of them work and include the textures in ArcGIS Pro. One is .OBJ.
But when trying to use the Mesh .OBJ file created in ArcGIS Drone2Map it comes with no textures, just plain white. I know that the natural workflow would be to use the SLPK file instead but it feels like it should work since OBJ files created elsewhere does work.
Anyone got any solutions to this or can confirm that they get the same result?

Hi @JEngvall , in the meantime, you can work around this by modifying the texture value in the .mtl file: If you replace the value "TR 0.0" with "d 1.0" the texture should appear when importing the OBJ.
Hi @JEngvall ,
You are correct, currently there is no full texture included with the OBJ file output. We discussed it internally and have an enhancement logged for adding that texture in a future release. Unfortunately this change wont make it into this coming release (2024.2). I appreciate you bringing this up though as it helps provide some justification for getting the change in faster.

Mark
