Help with Data Reviewer for the complete beginner

Hello, once again I strike horribly simple question. I tried googling it, I looked into videos and training. But I do not get how I on Earth I get from creating a simple "Find dangles Rule" to errors? I am probably impatient, but I am also getting desperate hence this post.. Please help. 

Is it "Enable Rule''? On the ribbon. If so, mine is grayed out. I just want to upgrade from ''simple'' topology to Data Reviewer...
