Right now a dashboard's sidebar will show you every selector you've configured for a map regardless of whether the targeted layers are even turned on or visible at the current scale. This results in useless clutter on the screen that may also be confusing for users who may be wondering why their toggling isn't doing anything. I propose only showing selectors that target layers visible in the map, whether it's a scale range or manual toggle of the layer -- at least as an option if not by default.
