I can't login to ArcGIS Pro and get an error message
"The account cannot be used to auhorize ArcGIS Pro as it has already been configured to use in offline mode on some other device".
This happened after I clean instals windows 11 on my laptop.
Note: I use a Personal Use Advance licence, never log in to a computer other than the one I own.
Someone there can help?
Tech Support is the only way to resolve this. They can reclaim licenses

I have contacted them via email but no response.
Do I have to buy another license? this problem makes me unproductive, I can't continue my arc gis pro project.
