As far as I know when CityEngine Converts the model to Sketchup it turns the whole model into one big componenent that when we want explode and edit it in Sketchup it takes a lot of time and most of the time crashes. Isn't there a way to export the file and turning each building into seperate component to reduce the file crashes or export each building separately and then merging them into one file without with the buildings remaining were they were in the district (which is much more time consuming btw)? In the picture when I select the buildings when I want to edit the componenet there is no smaller components as you can see.

Hello @GolnazGolestani

Thank you for your question.
As an exchange format with SketchUp Pro KMZ is recommended. The CityEngine model exporter allows the creation of one file per start shape. So each building is a separate file.
