Hello all,

my question is, what does it mean the field "Runway Direction" in a tool "ICAO Annex 14" in Aviation tools?

It has two options: "High end to low end" or vice verza.

I dont understand what is high and low end of RWY.

Thank you very much for your help.

Hi Naty,

High and Low relates to the runway heading number of the runway end.  We use 'high end' for runway end IDs 19 through 36, and 'low end' for runway IDs from 01 to 18.  Runway '09/27' would have '09' for its Low end and '27' for its High end.
