Hello everyone, If you are generating a chart for ICAO ANNEX 4 or ant other Chart.

Where can we found the result of the assessment of the obstacles? It means which obstacles penetrate the surface ?

Thank you

If using Analyze Runway Obstacles (Aviation) tool,  there is a newly created output obstacles feature class.  This is saved to the path that you specify in the Output Feature Class parameter in the tool.   Within that, there is a field called Delta_Z, which is 'The difference in elevation between the top of the obstacle and the OIS'.   Note: Positive values indicate obstacle penetration of the OIS. Negative values indicate no obstacle penetration.    see:  https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/aviation/analyze-runway-obstacles.htm

If you are using Generate OIS Obstacle Data (Aviation),  this tool populates the OBSTACLEJSON field on the input Obstruction Identification Surface (OIS) multipatch feature class.  The field size needs to be large enough to handle your output data, so if the tool fails to populate it,  you will need to increase the size of this text field (ie 2000 to 5000 char or more ).     Once populated, you can look inside the field to find text like:     "Penetrates": false.  If you see "Penetrates": true,  that means the listed obstacle penetrates the OIS  surface for that approach OIS feature.
