If you have the Aviation Airport's extension for ArcGIS for Desktop (ArcMap, ArcCatalog, etc.), you can create a an AIS, 18B, or 18C geodatabase using the Create Aviation Geodatabase geoprocessing tool.

This will allow you to create a database containing the proper coordinate system for each of the feature datasets and include all the required attribute data for each feature.

Most airports will also add additional airport specific items based on their own needs and requirements.

Hi Altin,

It seems that you are looking for a populated, sample airport geodatabase.  There is a partially populated one that is part of a tutorial and is available for download.   It is not an entire Airports 18B geodatabase but it has  minimal data needed to support a few tool exercises in ArcMap.  Please see:

Introduction to the ArcGIS for Aviation tutorial—Help | Documentation

There is a link to download the data on that page and several adjacent pages for the tutorial.

Data

The tutorial data can be accessed from ArcGIS Online.
