Hi there,
Insights 2024.2 is released yesterday which will support Enterprise 11.4.
The compatibility page is updated with the insights release but I will take a note of that.
Let me know if you have further questions.

Hi @AJ_devaccount I am guessing you are trying to visualize a geocoded layer as a Pie Map. If your data has repeat addresses then geocoding them using pro will create multiple points on the same address rather than normalizing like Insights does. That is why when you bring this layer in Insights it will represent same as the data in the feature layer since this process was outside of Insights. This behavior is same as enabling location using insights and checking the "Repeate Identical Features" check box where output will not be normalized and points with same addresses will overlap. In Insights if you normalize the geocoded addresses ("Repeat identical Features" unchecked) it will geocode duplicate addresss just once and internally creates a 1-n join. (saving you some credits along the way) This is why you can create a pie map as it needs to aggregate the data to display on the map. To show Pies and columns on the map need a joined dataset. I will recommend you to update your addresses and geocode the layer in Insights with "Repeat identical Features" unchecked. Hope that helps.

@pahli sorry to hear that, I don't have any other workarounds at the time. This is fairly a niche scenario, that said, I will bring this up to our team and ask if there is something that can be done.

@pahli Will the Advance filter inside filter widget work for you? Or do you need your viewers to change the advanced filter? Unfortunatly that is not possble and by design.

@AJ_devaccount My pleasure. If all the filters are pointing to the fields in the same dataset they will work as "AND". That said, they are not Drill down filters, meaning, if filter 1 is set to "STATE" and filter 2 is set to "City" column of a dataset then filtering to STATE of California will not filter out those records from the Filter 2 display. All the cities will still be displayed. In this case you can use other cards such as Summary table along with cross filter to further filter your analysis.

Hi @Laura_Blechen, I couldn't understand the issue without any visuals, can you please add screenshots/ send a sample and steps run into this. Couple other questions: Is Insight not importing CSV date column correctly for the responders? How are you downloading the csv file? from the back of the card or from the dataset options?

I agree this is not possible for the viewer of the page export the legend as a card but screenshot would be their best bet at this time. that said, as a workbook owner, you can achieve this by using the report design module

@JunXiao96 By any chance the Excel/CSV have multiple header rows? That will not work with ArcGIS Insights. Other issues can include - CSV or excel isn't valid/has extra comma or a different deliminator - Some issue with server or datastore. Please check the console logs and server logs which should provide more details about the error. Let me know.

Hi @pahli The time filter is desined to create filter a date range. What you need is a an advanced filter operation. You can use Advanced filter on Dataset, Cards or with Filter widget to create something like DATEDIF(Start_Date ,DATEVALUE("MM-DD-YYYY"), "D") < 0 AND DATEDIF(End_date,DATEVALUE("MM-DD-YYYY"), "D") > 0 to get the records that you want. Also, the filter widget (formerly predefined filter) is desined to work on a single dataset and downstream cards created from them. You will need to create one for each dataset.
