I found that when using the reconcile version gp tool it does not respect the timeout set on the service. I have to use the VersionManagementServer of the service (start reading, start editing, reconcile, stop editing, stop reading), it respects the timeouts set on the service and does not stop running after 10 minutes like the reconcile versions gp tool.

Robert, You mentioned that eSearch gives you the ability to style the widget results. You are referring to the ability to make line items and titles bold, italicized and underlined as well as the icon that represents features, correct? Thru the e-search widget configuration it appears that the structure of results is always similar too: title field name: field value field name1: field value1 field name2: field value2 Icon links Thru the widget configuation it's not posible to do something like this for example: title1 table1 field name: field value, field value1 field name2: field value2 title2 table 2 field name: field value field name1: field value1 field name2: field value2 Icon links Is this true or am I missing something? Before I start "modifying" result styling I just want to verify this is correct and that there are no plans to make extending css more user friendly.

The styling is quite a bit different with the pop up only option, but I suppose the e-search pop up could be configured to match the web map pop up.

Robert, Our intent is having e-search return results with a couple lines of data, but have the pop up display more detailed information. We need the ability to export to csv so operational layers are a must. I know users will want to click the operational layer and expect to see detailed information.

Robert, I notice that the web map pop ups can now be configured with html. With the pop up configuration available in html and now the pop up panel to place the data, pop up data can now be stylized and viewed in an expected location. The pop up does take whatever it is given to display, including data from the e-search widget. Is it possible to click an operational layer or an item in the result window of e-search and use the styling configured in a web map to style the pop up while having the e-search result displaying different information? I’m fine with how everything looks in the e-search result window, but focus groups, what can you do?

Robert, great widget - love it! Were opening the widget on page load and modifying the instructions div to be used as a mini help. Do you think it could be modified to add/remove new features to the pop up panel on each ctrl/shift click?

Robert, Since you are working on the next release and since this widget is very popular around the office I would like to submit two possible enhancements we commonly discuss: 1) When searching by attribute eSearch zooms and centers in the screen. If the attribute table is configured to pop open my screen will not re-zoom and re-center causing some of the selected geometry to reside under the attribute table. Would it be possible to rezoom and center after the attribute table is open? 2) Some user do not like the attribute table taking real estate after a search. Would it be possible to add an operational layer, populate the attribute table but not have the attribute table open. This would allow users control as to when they can show/hide the attribute table. I have not graduated from the school of wizardry yet so I am not sure how probable these suggestion are but I submit them for your consideration. Thank you for all of the time and effort you have put into this widget, it has been a valuable asset.

I’m usually pulling one record at a time and combing thru chrome tools to find errors. The lagging behavior is same when it is pulling hundreds of records however. After trial and error I realize the search/zoom/open attribute table is very fast when it is not returning “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'geometry' of undefined”. I don’t have a good feel as to why this error occurs. Using the default attribute search “(Parcel Number (APN)” on http://betamaps.mcassessor.maricopa.gov/ and search a string such as 20140001 should reveal this behavior. Sometimes I get the error, other times I don’t.

Gerardo, I think I have the same issue as you, chrome was throwing 'addChild' of null errors and the attribute table would never get populated. Commenting out the lines you mentioned initially works, the first search the esearch and attribute table are really fast. The get and content download are way under a second. After the initial search it slows to about 12 seconds for the get and download esearch content, and 25 seconds to get and download content for the attribute table. That may be due to the record count of our service, using the find command at the rest endpoint of the service it takes 12 seconds to return a find. Oddly it looks like the attribute table content is downloaded twice. Did you experience similar behavior, and were you able to refine a solution?

It seems the issue was a variable being set for the URL int C:\arcgis-web-appbuilder-1.1\server\apps\YourApp#here\configs_ebasemapGallery\config_EnhancedBasemapGallery.json file. When locating the icon URL thru the browser it would be something like: http://you:3344/webappbuilder/apps/widgets/eBasemapGallery/$followedbyRandomCharacters#$^$%&%$%&!/configs/ebasemapGallery/thumbnailUrl.jpeg. Change this link to what it should be: http://you:3344/webappbuilder/apps/8/configs/eBasemapGallery/thumbnailUrl.jpeg. I don't know what sets the variable in the json file but once the changes were made they have persisted. Before looking thru code trying to figure out why this didn't work clear the browser cache and the change should appear.

I find this widget very useful, it allows us to keep the layerlist widget uncluttered and is a good answer to multi-layer transparencies. Also the layerlist transparency sliders are well hidden for public users, this widget helps. We use our services as items for the gallery so I need to associate an image with a layer. Each time a change is made to an app the correlation between and layer and it’s image corrupts. Any suggestions?

I'm trying to modify LayerListView.js of the webappbuilder layer list widget, so the image of the noLegend-image class will change based on the layer. To accomplish this I tried adding the else-if to the dojo query below. Based on the HTML/CSS in the attachment, how should the else-if be filled to populate the img class based on the tr class value. Maybe this is the wrong approach but it seems the most obvious. Dojo Query: var imageName: if (layerInfo.isTable){ imageName = 'images/table.png'; } else if query () == 'yourLayer' { imageName = 'images/yourLayer.png'; } else { imageName = 'imageName = 'images/noLegend.png'; }

I'm trying to create a report of jobs that have closed within the last 60 days. It is a report that will get run on a monthly basis so the end date can't be a hard coded value. Does anyone know how to get something similar to this: select end_date, end_date - (to_number(substr(tz_offset( DBTIMEZONE ),2, 2))/24) as ActualTimeMinus from jtx.jtx_jobs where jtx.jox.jobs.end_date in (sys:cur_date - 60) into the report manager sql view? Any other suggestions?
