Bing Maps - shift from true location

I am having problems when viewing BING Maps in ArcGIS 10. When I load the data layer and then overlay a feature layer from a known source or aerial from another source (UKMap for example), there is a displacement from the BING imagery. This shift is the same for all of the UK (not tested outside UK). I have set the data frame properties to British National Grid and tried re-loading the data from the ESRI online store, but I still see a shift in location from true. Does anybody else see this? and/or have a solution for it?
