Wireframe Doesn't Draw at Angle of Raster

Good Afternoon,

I have a number of different rasters that I want to show just the outlines for.  I thought there was a way to toggle this by right clicking to the properties on the TIF I'm working with, but it looks like you can only bring up the wireframes via the raster catalog.  When I do bring in the same TIF as part of a raster catalog the wireframe draws incorrectly.  Does wireframe always draw at a 90 degree angle?  Is there anyway to create an outline that represents the true shape of this TIF?

The white frame is the georeferenced raster and the larger orange box is the wireframe.  Thanks in advance for any help.
