I have a stand alone table that has a relationship with watermain feature class. It is used to store rehabilitation info that related specific water pipe. When a new water pipe is being created, open its attributes, expand its attribute and all related attribute, right click rehabilitation attribute, a menu ???Add New??? will show up (see attached screen shot). I want to drag the menu to the editor toolbar and customize it. My question is where it is located in ArcMap 9.3.1, and what it is called in ArcID?
