Hi,
A week ago I got a task to clip and upload 800GB of raster data to raster catalog (managed). After I done first 600GB of data I started encountering an issue with uploaded data. It seems that uploading data sometimes (not always) causes an error "Failed to open dataset" when trying to view raster properties in raster catalog. Whats interesting that the data seems to be there but arccatalog fails to load it. Since I cannot delete those rasters (arccatalog stops responding) is there any other way to fix this? I dont really have enough time to do this all over again and of course doing it doesnt mean it wont happen again 🙂
