Nearest neighbor, bilinear and cubic convolution re-sampling produce the same result

I am re-sampling an aerial image with red green and blue bands (.ecw) with arc 9.3. I understand the differences between re-sampling techniques and was surprised when nearest neighbor, bilinear and cubic convolution produced the same result after re-sampling from .1m to .5m. Attached is a .pdf of a car in the original and resulting image as well as an associated pixel value.

Can anyone shed some light as to why the result was the same?
