Problem with license manager

I ran into a problem today that has me perplexed.  We have 2 users with ArcInfo 9.3.1 in a seperate building down the street.  They have their own license manager that has 3 concurrent info licenses on it.  These 2 workers have been editing for the past few years with no problems.  Recently, one of the workers started getting an error message saying that she could not connect to the license server.  The other worker is having no problems whatsoever.  I checked the license manager and it is up and running with no problem.  I have never heard of one person being able to hit the license manager and another person not being able to.  It sounds to me like there is a communication problem between her desktop and the server, but that is above my computer knowledge.  Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.  I am attaching a screenshot of the error message as well.
