How to display double type contents in table

I have a table with latitude and longitude values stored in type double.  When I look at the table (see attached) I see records with at most six decimal places in the latitude field (Lat_S and patch_lat).  I since have discovered the two files were written with different precision, one with six and one with eight decimals.  I created a text field and concatenated latitude and longitude together.  Here is where I can clearly see the different value of the fields.  How do I display my latitude fields to reflect the stored values?  I've looked under options and in the theme properties, but cannot figure out how to display my fields to show their full value.  This tripped me up when I tried to join based on a latitude field.

Or, does the order of how the records of the file were initially read into the file geodatabase determine what is displayed in the table?  In the file with eight decimal places, it would not be unlikely for maybe the first 50 records to be at mixed or less precision.

Thanks!
