MapServers take several seconds to load the first time they are clicked.

When I browse (or even localhost:6080 address) in a browser, and then click on a MapServer, it takes 7 to 9 seconds to load the next page (which would be like But this only happens the first time that MapServer is clicked, on any browser or computer. So I could click the MapServer on one computer and then go to another computer on another internet connection, and the MapServer would load instantly. When the server or service restarts, the behaviour repeats.

The ArcGIS logs show that the service crashes immediately when clicked, and then takes several seconds to start back up. Then the logs are clean when the service is clicked again. The Windows Event Viewer doesn't show any events either time. The log entry from the crash says:

Instance of the service 'MyMap.MapServer' crashed. Please see if an error report was generated in 'C:\arcgisserver\logs\MACHINE\errorreports'. To send an error report to Esri, compose an e-mail to and attach the error report file.

Code 8252

There is no error report dmp file in the directory mentioned. Besides this problem, the site seems to run fine, browsing through the folders is quick, and viewing the MapServers in ArcCatalog is quick. I'm hoping to stop the MapServer crashes and eliminate the 7-second delay. The server configuration includes 3 machines:

Server 1. ArcGIS Server 10.2.2
Server 2. MS SQL 2014 and config-store, directories
Server 3. Web adaptor
