Hi, We are trying to migrate from the green ArcGIS app to the new Explorer app and are having problems getting our URL hyperlinks to work like they do in the green app. Basically, we have a field that stores a URL to a pdf over on a file server that has been exposed to the web, though tied down with security. In the green app, you click the hyperlink in the identify results, and safari opens and asks you for your username/password and opens the pdf drawing in safari. Explorer launches and blank window that appears to be internal to the app and not safari. Nothing ever happens and it doesn't ask for a username/password. Is there a simple solution to make this work as the green app does?
